Self care isn’t just about taking care of your appearance. Yes we all know that shoes, makeup and dingier hair makes us feel better(!!!) but there is also a part of self care which most emotional eaters and binge eaters completely neglect.

I was never very good at this aspect of taking care of this part of me, instead I would turn to food as a way of stuffing it down.
