What does it mean and what the hell has it got to do with ending emotional eating??
Today I want to talk to you about being aligned. I had no concept of this when I was a yo-yo dieter and obsessed about food in a really dysfunctional way. But here’s the thing, if you aren’t fully aligned with who YOU are, what your TRUTH is or what you DESIRE, then guess what?? Food is a really easy thing to start using as a way of numbing out, tuning out and not paying attention to what is really going on.
