Rachel Foy’s Bio

Rachel Foy, The Food Freedom Coach, is regarded as a top authority on emotional eating, binge eating and diet obsession for women.  With a background in clinical and cognitive hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Eating Psychology, nutritional therapy and EFT (emotional freedom technique), Rachel has grown her business to 6-figures since starting it in 2014.

Rachel’s own success in breaking free from dieting, emotional eating and body hatred has led her to become an expert in helping other women end their own battle with food and their bodies. A former diet junkie & exercise obsessive, Rachel had a very dysfunctional relationship with food for over 14 years. Those years saw her struggling with eating disorders, binge eating, calorie restriction, and body dysmorphic disorder.

Her anti diet approach to finding freedom with food is completely counterintuitive. She teaches her clients to step out of their comfort zone, challenging them with everything they think they know about food, eating and who they are. Rachel has seen time and time again with clients, and herself that when the focus is taken away from food, dieting and trying to lose weight and instead focused more on the reasons behind the behaviour, for example why they are over-eating, why they reach for chocolate when they feel down, or why they feel stressed in their jobs, food freedom starts to be discovered and weight often comes down.

Rachel’s signature 10 week group Food Freedom Masterclass takes it’s participants through the 7 step process of healing their relationship with food. Her first book is due for publishing early 2017 and her recent monthly membership program, The Food Freedom Academy, is predicted to have 2000+ members within the next 18-24 months.

Rachel has worked in Dubai, UAE with many high profile clients and is now based in Cheshire, UK. She was a regular feature within the media in the UAE and has now made several TV appearances in the UK since her return. Her clients spread the globe from New York to Sydney.

Rachel works with smart, driven and high-achieving women who are sick and tired of their food struggles holding them back from having a life and or/business they want.  She coaches and helps them to find their freedom with food, ditch their diets and rediscover a love for themselves and their lives.
