Throughout my time working with Rachel she helped me understand how by allowing myself to be happy, my weight and food would no longer be my obsession and then I could find new things to obsess about which I totally loved!  I quit my job half way into working with her as I realised it was draining me and I was filling up ever night when I got home with comfort food.  Rachel was there when I took the risk and it paid off.  I’m doing something now I would never have dreamed off last year and I have total job satisfaction (and the late night binging hasn’t happened in a long time!) and I can’t thank her enough.  She’s the woman who is turning dieting on it’s head and all women need to listen to her.

A friend introduced me to Rachel’s approach and as soon as I watched one of her videos on her YouTube channel, I knew I had to work with her.  It was like she was talking about me!  I can’t believe the difference in myself over the last few months. Before working with Rachel I was always feeling guilty about eating certain foods, always having cravings of so called ‘bad food’ and always battling with weight gain. I now feel free to eat what I like and not have the guilt attached. Body shape doesn’t really bother me too much as even though I still want to look good, I accept that I am not built to be a size 8 and never was!!! Hi Rachel, I just wanted to update you with what’s been happening since our time together.  I feel so good right now!  I wake up every morning and I look forward to my days, no more stressing about breakfast and lunch and whether I should go out for dinner or stay home on my couch.  I think the biggest change is that I spend more time having fun and no time thinking about my weight.  I haven’t weighted myself (as instructed!) and I feel great. My relationship with food has been awful. I hated thinking about food all the time, about good & bad food. Feeling guilty about what I ate & when I ate it. I have steadily put weight on especially over the last four years which hasn’t been helped by yo yo dieting. Since working with Rachel in one of her group programs I feel free. I feel relaxed, like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I still emotionally eat but now I recognise that that is what it is & don’t stress about it. I certainly don’t do it as much as I used to. My biggest change so far has been not thinking about food all the time. Not having to plan what I am having at mealtimes. I feel free!!
